I can not begin to express my gratitude to Susan P Williams. I needed help with getting my sister home from rehab after suffering a massive stroke. I reached out to Susan for assistance with maneuvering my way around the system, (very difficult). Susan promised to hold my hand every step of the way. The founder was so helpful when it came to my Aunt being discharged in the midst of a pandemic, head injury, and on a feeding tube.
